What data we collect

When you reserve: first name, email address, country, preferred option, quantity, optionally your student status, language and time of submission, and your consents.

To prevent abuse we only store an encrypted value (hash) of your IP address, not the address itself.

Why

To record your non-binding reservation and let you know when the collection can be ordered (pre-contractual measures).

We only send news by email if you have given separate, voluntary consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long

Reservation data is kept until the sales launch and notification, for 24 months at most. Consent for news applies until you withdraw it.

Hosting and cookies

The website and database are hosted with Railway. We use no tracking or analytics cookies, only one technical cookie that remembers your chosen language. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

Student discount

Secure student verification is planned for the sales launch. Documents will be stored securely, only as long as necessary, and deleted promptly after verification.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. An email to the address above is enough.
